Developer Comments: Torbjörn's secondary fire is being improved to increase its consistency at closer ranges. We're also reducing Anchor Bolts' turret throw range to preserve the perk's flexibility while limiting extremely distant turret placements.

Torbjorn’s new hitscan shot during overload provides him with the ability to compete with other heroes that are more often played and provides a new level of utility.
